Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve time synchronization issues (NTP/IRIG-B).
• Support escalation and status communication to management and customer.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and incidents.
• Assist with transition planning and integration of new technologies.
