Job summary

Ducks Unlimited is seeking a Network Analyst / Senior Systems Engineer II to join the Information Systems team at the National Headquarters in Memphis, TN. The role covers network infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and systems administration across on-premises and cloud environments.

Ideal candidates will have strong TCP/IP, firewall, and VPN skills, plus experience with Windows Server, AD, M365, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in network and systems engineering.
• Certifications are a plus and a strong documentation habit is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise network infrastructure, including wired/wireless solutions.
• Design and maintain network security, firewalls, DNS, VPN, and VLAN configurations.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, M365, and Azure environments.
• Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and operation procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams during incidents and upgrades.
