Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Security Operations Engineer II to join our Information Security team. You will analyze, design, implement, monitor, and evaluate security controls across systems and data, supporting internal and external security requirements.

Responsibilities include configuring security measures, collaborating on SDLC, disaster recovery planning, and incident response. A CISSP or equivalent cert and 5+ years in cybersecurity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• CISSP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with security operations, incident response and threat management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, monitor, and evaluate security systems.
• Support information security operations and implementation of controls.
• Design and operate server, endpoint, and mobile device security configurations.
• Contribute to network security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP).
• Provide Tier 2 support for secure remote access and cryptographic controls.
• Collaborate on Secure SDLC processes and vulnerability management.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
• Develop and maintain information security policies and risk assessments.
• Support SOC operations including incident response and forensics.
