Job summary

DUIT, a Baltimore-based AI and cybersecurity firm, seeks experienced network engineers for roles supporting government and critical infrastructure contracts. Applicants must have active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility and meet minimum education requirements described below.

Positions entail providing technical support to network and system teams, contributing to network design, and performing defense operations, upgrades, and quality control in mission-critical environments across Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or related discipline with 3 years of relevant professional experience and training.
• Master’s degree in Network Engineering or related discipline with 1 year of relevant professional experience providing Network Engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Network Administrators and System Administrators; monitor and maintain the current infrastructure; improve system performance; automate system administration.
• Provide input to the design of the organization's network and mission architecture.
• Conduct Computer Network Defense Operations; plan and install network upgrades; design networks; perform quality assurance and control.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Network Engineering or related discipline and three (3) years of relevant professional experience and training commensurate with network engineering curriculums or
  • A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Network Engineering or related discipline and one (1) year of relevant professional experience providing Network Engineering support.
