Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field.
• 4+ years supporting enterprise network and systems environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, AD, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server, M365, virtualization.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support client and internal network/server infrastructures.
• Lead infrastructure deployment, migrations, and upgrades.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for complex technical issues.
• Perform disaster recovery planning and business continuity recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain security controls, monitoring, and documentation.
