Responsibilities

• Maintains technical performance of enterprise network systems across hospitals, offices, and facilities.
• Monitors system performance and escalates issues as needed.
• Supports networking systems with IT departments and vendors to ensure stable connectivity.
• Recommends and implements network changes for mission-critical areas.
• Leads medium- to large-sized projects and mentors team members.
• Follows change management processes and resolves Tier 2 issues.
