Job summary

Esperanza Health Center is seeking a Systems Administrator & Network Engineer for a hybrid role, onsite with one remote day. The ideal candidate will manage servers, networks, and security across a data-driven clinical environment, delivering high availability and strong performance.

Candidates should have 4–8+ years of hands-on experience, with expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and scripting. Collaboration with IT teams and vendors is essential for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certs.
• CompTIA Server+ or RHCSA certification is a plus.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and enterprise applications.
• Manage AD, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Develop and manage backup and DR strategies; monitor performance and security.
