Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent; graduate degree favorable.
• Strong experience in technical/pre-sales supporting sales or engineering roles.
• Solid knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP and routing/switching.
• Experience with encryption, authentication and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate customers and partners on features, specs, and integration.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Post-sales - lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues, coordinating with support and engineering to resolve issues.
• Provide post-sales training assistance to identified customers.
