Job summary

Black Box is seeking a results-driven post-sales Network Deployment Engineer in Plano, TX to design, implement, and validate network solutions across multiple product and service offerings. You will coordinate with Smart Hands and Project Managers to ensure seamless deployments and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background, experience with CCNP/CCNA preferred, and a proven ability to document, communicate, and optimize deployment processes for enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years deploying engineering solutions for complex clients in technology services.
• Ability to work within change-management processes and document with existing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales engineering implementation services for network solutions across BBOX offerings.
• Coordinate remotely with Smart Hands and Project Managers to complete deployments.
• Prepare design and configuration documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
• Explain product architecture and system requirements to clients and project teams.
• Aim for continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and service delivery.
