Job summary

DGR Systems is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise networking initiatives, mentor engineers, and serve as a senior technical resource. The candidate should have extensive experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies and a proven track record of helping customers modernize their network infrastructure.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing complex networks, leading engagements, and producing detailed implementation plans and docs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years focused on enterprise networking.
• Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
• Experience with switching, routing, wireless, and troubleshooting.
• Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise network solutions.
• Lead medium to large customer engagements.
• Perform network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and remediation activities.
• Create implementation plans and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex wired, wireless, routing, and switching issues.
