Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Manager, Network Services to lead enterprise network strategy and day-to-day operations across data centers, WAN, and cloud environments. You will guide network engineers, contractors, and MSPs while driving modernization and talent development.

The role requires overseeing reliability, performance, security, and automation initiatives, with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, and security policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
• Results-oriented and accountable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise network services.

• Assist with budget planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network professionals and managed service partners.

Position Summary:
