Your day at NTT DATA

The Sr Network Service Architect is responsible for developing competitive, innovative, complex, multi-year, viable Managed Network solutions and associated business cases. They are expected to spend 40-70% of their time in face-to-face discussions with clients, leading the business and technical solution assembly for strategic Managed Services to large global clients. Responsibilities include client discussions on current state discovery, solution architecture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client requirements. The architect influences sales, legal, and delivery strategies, and owns the definition of service solutions, overseeing overall solution design.

What you'll be doing

• Remote work in the US
• Architect network solutions across the services lifecycle (Professional, Support, Cloud, and Managed Services)
• Engage in sales opportunities, collaborate with sales teams, and present solutions to clients
• Conduct design workshops, perform discovery, and develop network solutions based on client needs
• Explain technical concepts to business leaders and vice versa
• Provide technical input into proposals and identify additional sales opportunities
• Prepare management presentations and organize meetings
• Analyze client requirements and architect solutions within NTT Data's offerings

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or as a technical sales consultant
• Client relationship skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of web services, telecommunications, and networking technologies
• Relevant industry certifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management
• Experience designing contact center architectures at scale
• Presales and technical experience in the IT industry
• Knowledge of outsourcing, infrastructure services, and market strategies
• Ability to tailor presentations to different audiences
