Your day at NTT DATA

The Sr Network Service Architect is responsible for developing competitive, innovative, complex, multi-year, viable Managed Network solutions and associated business cases. They are expected to spend 40-70% of their time in face-to-face discussions with clients, leading the business and technical solution assembly for strategic Managed Services to large global clients. Responsibilities include current state discovery, solution architecture, and ensuring delivery of high-quality services that meet client requirements. They influence sales, legal, and delivery strategies and own the solution design of the engagement.

  Seeking an architect with extensive experience in:

  • SD-WAN & SASE technologies including HPE Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler
  • LAN/WAN/Security design and support for data networks
  • Presales experience architecting network solutions across the services lifecycle
  • Certifications in network & security solutions (HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler)
  • Experience working with C-level and senior leadership in large enterprises

  Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expertise on network services best practices
  • Engaging in sales opportunities and collaborating with sales teams
  • Advising on solution features, architecture, and implementation considerations
  • Architecting solutions across services lifecycle
  • Conducting design workshops and discovery sessions
  • Presenting solutions to clients and decision-makers
  • Delivering customer-focused solutions
  • Explaining technical concepts to business leaders and vice versa
  • Contributing to bid proposals and technical documents
  • Preparing management presentations and conducting meetings
  • Analyzing client requirements and architecting solutions accordingly
  • Understanding client service delivery and IT infrastructure environments
  • Adapting to changing environments

  Qualifications include:

  • 5-10 years in technical presales, solutions architecture, or as a sales consultant
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Knowledge of web services, telecommunications, SaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, networking technologies
  • Relevant industry certifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management
  • Experience designing contact center architectures
  • Presales and technical experience in IT industry
  • Understanding of business, market, and sales strategies
  • Experience in enterprise and digital workplace environments
  • Ability to tailor presentations to different audiences
