Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leader in Building Intelligence®, seeks a Network Specialist 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in support of the US Air Force Education and Training Center.

You will install, configure, and maintain network services and devices, collaborating with field engineers to ensure system performance and security. Responsibilities include surveys, testing, commissioning, and on-call support; you will help develop design docs, QA/QC, and test plans while advancing

Qualifications

• Strong oral, technical writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders.
• Must be able to balance high quality standards with schedule pressures in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports and measurements to inform senior staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex network problems and propose efficiency improvements.
• Prepare QA/QC, design documents, and test plans.
• Commissioning of deployed systems and creation of test procedures.
