Job summary

M.C. Dean seeks a Network Specialist 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems team.

You will design, engineer, integrate, and maintain electronic security services including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, and video surveillance for federal, local, and commercial customers. You will support US Air Force Education and Training Center initiatives, collaborate with field engineers, and assist senior staff on designs, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Must possess U.S. Citizenship and be eligible for a DoD Secret clearance.
• HS Diploma with 10+ years of progressive experience, or
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline with 5+ years progressive experience.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports measurement results to senior staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex network problems; recommend improvements.
• Assist senior engineers in design docs, QA/QC, and test plans.
• Support 24/7 on-call schedule.
