Job summary

ITEX is seeking a Network Administrator/Security Policy & User Support Lead to manage TIGTA's enterprise security access environment. The role focuses on Zscaler policy administration, user connectivity, data protection controls, and coordination across ~60 offices and ~800 users.

The Lead will translate federal security requirements into sustainable policies, troubleshoot issues, and develop documentation and training for reliable operations. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, information systems, networking, cybersecurity, or a closely related field.
• Six or more years of experience in enterprise network administration, secure-access service edge, cybersecurity operations, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering Zscaler services (ZIA/ZPA) including ZDX, web filtering, DLP, SSL inspection, CASB, cloud-application controls, and policy troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise user populations and independently resolving complex secure-access incidents.
• Experience implementing or administering data-classification and information-protection controls using Microsoft Purview or similar platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Zscaler services for ~800 users across 60 office locations.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain web-filtering policies, SSL inspection, DLP, CASB controls, cloud-application controls, bandwidth policies, and access configurations.
• Lead integration of Microsoft Purview with Zscaler DLP.
• Plan migration from blacklist-based web filtering to a role-based whitelist model with traffic analysis and phased rollout.
• Provide day-to-day user support for secure internet and private-application access; diagnose issues; document resolutions.
