ITEX, an ITCON Services Partner, seeks an Administrator 1: Security Policy & User Support Lead to administer, optimize, and support TIGTA's enterprise security access environment. Primary focus on Zscaler policy admin, user connectivity, data protection, and cross-office coordination for ~800 users in 60 locations.

The role requires strong policy, DLP, and CASB experience, with migrating to role-based access, and excellent user support skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, information systems, networking, cybersecurity, or closely related field.
• Six+ years of progressively responsible enterprise network administration, secure-access, or related cybersecurity operations.

Aufgaben

• Administer and optimize Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) for ~800 users across 60 offices.
• Design and enforce web-filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, CASB, and cloud access controls.
• Integrate Microsoft Purview with Zscaler DLP for label synchronization and policy protection.
• Plan migrations from blacklist-based filtering to role-based whitelists with traffic analysis and testing.
• Provide day-to-day user support for secure internet and private-application access.
• Investigate DLP alerts and security incidents, coordinate with SOC, document actions.
