Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Zscaler Security Policy & Zero Trust Enablement Specialist to support the secure rollout of Zscaler as part of a zero-trust strategy across agencies. You will translate legacy network practices into scalable policies, enabling enforcement across multiple environments.

This role collaborates with network, security, and compliance teams and external vendors to ensure auditable, disruption-free implementations aligned with zero-trust principles.

• - Strong background in network security, access control, and policy development.

Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a Zscaler Security Policy & Zero Trust Enablement Specialist to support the secure rollout and operationalization of Zscaler as part of its zero-trust network access strategy. This role focuses on network-based access controls, segmentation, and enforcement, translating current network and security practices into scalable Zscaler policies that can be applied consistently across agencies.

This resource will work closely with the organization's network, security, and compliance teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure Zscaler policies are enforceable, auditable, and aligned with zero trust principles—without disrupting mission-critical operations.

Compensation: $62/hr to $75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
