Qualifications

• 7+ years of network security engineering experience across trusted, untrusted, and DMZ environments.
• Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/UDP, routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Experience with cloud networks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on‑premises networks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation in security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver scalable network security architecture and controls across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Serve as SME for network security technologies and guide complex security decisions.
• Balance security requirements with operations and delivery timelines through sound judgment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate decisions and coordinate implementations.
• Develop and maintain network security standards, policies, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
