Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to lead carrier network operations, security, and cybersecurity initiatives. This full-time, contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to influence cutting-edge services within a collaborative team.

You will apply 3+ years of hands-on experience in BGP/OSPF/IS-IS/MPLS SR-MPLS, firewall/VPN/ACL configurations, Linux administration, and scripting to support SR-MPLS networks and network automation while growing in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on network engineering experience with BGP/OSPF/IS-IS/MPLS/SR-MPLS.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and segmentation.
Strong cybersecurity operations: log analysis, vulnerability management, incident response, policy development.
Linux administration (RHEL/Debian) with Python or Bash scripting and API familiarity.
Experience with Ciena platforms and SR-MPLS networks.
Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, NETCONF/RESTCONF) and SIEM.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize carrier network operations, security, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Collaborate with teams to implement network security best practices and policy enforcement.
Analyze and respond to security incidents and perform vulnerability management.
