Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an experienced network security consultant to design, implement, and guide complex Cisco and Palo Alto solutions for diverse clients. You will lead engagements, develop design documents, and mentor teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery across engagements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years with Cisco and Palo Alto, strong security engineering skills, and the ability to travel nationally to meet client needs. A CCNP/CCIE and CISSP are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Cisco and Palo Alto technical experience, including design, implementation, and support of Cisco and Palo Alto network and security solutions.
• Cisco edge, distribution and core switching including Nexus; routers and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP); security devices (ASA, FirePower)
• Palo Alto devices implementation and administration (NGFW, Panorama, Strata); security engineering and support (Firewalls, FirePower, VPNs)
• Identity controls (Cisco ISE); two-factor authentication; VLANs, spanning tree, VPCs, VDCs; IPV4 and IPV6; Cisco consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
• Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.
• Provides guidance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client’s business.
• Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.
