Job summary

Teceze seeks an experienced Network Reliability Engineer (L3) to bridge traditional networks with modern software practices in Burlington, NJ. You will drive automation, IaC, and resilient design across LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, and data centers.

The role emphasizes NetDevOps, CI/CD, and collaboration with architects, SRE, and application teams to embed reliability by design while mentoring engineers and documenting runbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise network engineering, NOC, NRE, or NetDevOps roles across LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, and Data Center technologies.
• Strong routing and switching proficiency (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, VRFs, HSRP/VRRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, QoS).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, NetBox/Nautobot, and ServiceNow integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and approvals.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate with NetBox/Nautobot and ServiceNow.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Oversee Fortinet security fabrics and Secure SD-WAN topologies.
• Mentor engineers on NetDevOps practices and author runbooks and playbooks.
