Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to maintain network adequacy and manage the provider contracting lifecycle. You will support market strategies and ensure accurate, up-to-date provider contracts data across internal systems.

Reporting to the Manager, Network Recruitment, you will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, travel locally for meetings, and contribute to process improvements while complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare contracting.
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize demographic data to create recruitment lists for network adequacy by geography or demographics.
• Support preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and LOAs.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data-related contracting issues.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and the Join Our Network mailbox for new contracts.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status.
• Coordinate with departments to collect contract data for enterprise systems setup.
• Maintain and verify provider contracting data in the network database.
• Support special projects to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Screen and research provider requests from multiple channels.
• Participate in process improvements to streamline workflows and provider experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
