You will support Region Heads and Network Distribution Project Managers, driving flawless execution and effective collaboration with partner groups. The role requires strong communication with senior leaders, and a track record of delivering large, complex projects within banking operations.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of total experience, 5+ years in planning and project management
• Excellent presentation and interaction with senior executives
• Detailed working knowledge of branch functions and banking operations
• Demonstrated ability to execute large, complex projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor content for leadership
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others to gain buy-in without positional authority

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement methodology to track network-wide branch space for multi-year headcount growth plans
• Lead development of 'How We Work' guidelines for branch space
• Refine and enhance program-level reporting for De Novo Builds, Relocations, Renovations, Refresh
• Lead digital marketing screen replacement project including strategy and prioritization
• Oversee ADA branch projects
• Lead other network-wide initiatives and drive best practices
• Ensure timely execution of projects with minimal scope changes
