Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Network Distribution team in Fountain Valley, CA, with hybrid work options. You will drive branch projects including refreshes, renovations, relocations and de novo builds, coordinating with Market Planners and Senior PMs to keep scope, time, and budget on track.

The role requires 6–10+ years of experience, excellent communication with executives, and knowledge of banking operations.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of total professional experience in project management
• 3+ years in planning and project management roles
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior executives
• Ability to manage large, complex projects and align stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of banking operations and branch functions

Responsibilities

• Support execution of all branch projects (refresh, renovations, relocations, de novo builds); identify and prioritize branches within strategy
• Collaborate with Market Planners and Senior PMs to assess new branch sites
• Collaborate with RES to define branch project scope
• Ensure timely execution with minimal changes to scope
• Monitor all project phases and identify risks affecting on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as primary point of contact for branch personnel during projects
• Execute branch appearance programs and enforce standards
• Partner with RES to resolve branch-related issues efficiently
