Job summary

The Project Manager role sits in Citi's Network Distribution team, guiding branch projects including refreshes, renovations, relocations, and de novo builds. You will work with Market Planners and Senior PMs to optimize the regional distribution network and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This hybrid position based in Miami, FL (Doral) or New York, NY requires strong communication with executives, risk management, and adherence to appearance standards across branches.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in total; 3+ years in planning and project management experience.
• 4-year college degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Presentation and interaction experience with senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Demonstrated ability to support and monitor progress on large, complex projects.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues with alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of all branch projects (refresh, renovations, relocations, de novo builds).
• Collaborate with Market Planners and Senior Project Managers to assess new sites.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Services to identify branch project scope.
• Ensure timely execution with minimal changes to scope.
• Monitor all project phases and elevate risks affecting on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for branch personnel during projects.
