Job summary

Citi is seeking a Project Manager to join the Network Distribution team and help ensure branch appearances align with customer experience goals.

You will support refreshes, renovations, relocations, and de novo builds; collaborating with Market Planners, Senior PMs, and RES to deliver on time and on budget. Hybrid work based in Miami or New York, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in total; 3+ years in planning and project management.
• 4-year college degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Presentation and interaction with senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of all branch projects; identify and prioritize branches within strategy.
• Collaborate with Market Planners and Senior PMs to assess new branch sites.
• Collaborate with Senior PMs and Real Estate Services to identify project scope.
• Ensure timely execution with minimal changes to scope.
• Monitor all phases and proactively identify risks and elevate issues.
