Job summary

Magna5 is seeking a Network Project Engineer to join our Professional Services team. You will lead high‑level IT projects, interact with clients professionally, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining the highest standards of service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of enterprise network experience, including switches, routers, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and routing protocols, plus Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise network experience.
• Strong knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless APs.
• Familiarity with NAT/PAT, ACLs, Route-Maps and QoS.
• Experience with routing protocols: EIGRP/OSPF/BGP, MPLS/VPLS.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver on project scopes with the project management team.
• Interact with clients professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with technicians on escalated requests and document resolutions.
• Track time and activity; communicate ticket and project updates via ConnectWise.
• Lead initiatives and be a knowledge leader for the team.
