Job summary

GuideWell seeks seasoned consultants to apply expert knowledge across healthcare and network management. You will support senior leaders, lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation, and design tools and processes influencing key business decisions.

Expect cross-functional collaboration and frequent stakeholder engagement across technology and business units. The role emphasizes strategic advisory, process optimization, and mentoring while operating within a dynamic health payer

Qualifications

• 5+ years related work experience in Healthcare and Network Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preference for PMP certification and Teams/SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand strategic direction of the business unit and organization.
• Provide consultative support to senior management within strategic objectives.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept through design to readiness and implementation.
• Design and integrate complex tools, systems, or processes impacting decisions.
• Advise on options, risks, costs, and impacts on processes and systems.
• Build and maintain relationships across technology and business stakeholders.
