Job summary

Ses Corporation seeks a Network Program Manager to oversee delivery of task orders for the NOC/WNOC within the Office of Information and Technology. You will serve as the Contractor’s POC for the COR and organize contract operations across multiple geographic locations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires 10+ years of program management in large Federal IT environments, strong networking knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years directing contract operation support functions for large Federal-agency programs.
• Bachelor-level technical degree required in MIS/CS/Engineering/IT/Networking or related field.
• Strong networking, telecom, and IT project management expertise; PMP preferred.
• Experience with budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics; security awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance and delivery of task order requirements for the agency.
• Serve as primary Contractor POC for COR, ensuring clear, proactive communication.
• Organize, direct, and manage multi-location contract operations and teams.
• Develop task plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with objectives and budgets.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships and ensure quality management and risk mitigation.
• Produce technical and financial reports; supervise subordinates and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, SLAs, and performance standards.
