Systems Engineering Solutions Corporation seeks a Network Program Manager to oversee all aspects of task orders for a federal NOC/WNOC support program. You will be the contractor's POC for the COR, organize complex, multi-location operations, and ensure high-quality outcomes for the government's network operations.

You will lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver technical and financial reports while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years organizing, directing, and managing contract operations for a large federal agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Communications.
• PM/leadership experience with IT/network operations programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance and delivery of task orders for the agency.
• Serve as primary Contractor POC for COR and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Organize and manage multi-location contract operations and projects.
• Lead teams across geographic locations and ensure service standards.
• Develop task plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with mission objectives.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships and report progress to management.
