AT&T in Bothell, WA is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead the research, design, and development of innovative network technologies across the product lifecycle. You will provide technical direction and coordinate cross-functional delivery in a role with frequent interaction with senior leadership.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements. The position is full-time and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, balancing schedule, budget, quality, market needs, and strategic objectives.
• Provide technical oversight to validate product feasibility, functionality, scalability, testing, and quality assurance.
• Partner across engineering, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and other teams to coordinate delivery, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to shape development strategy and technical specifications.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and guide continuous product improvement.
• Ensure quality and innovation by taking on advanced assignments and continuing to refine technical expertise.
