Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Network IP Engineer to join our FAA STL/NADIN NEMC support team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on the integration, operation, sustainment, and troubleshooting of FAA telecom and IP services within the NAS.

The candidate will lead technical activities, analyze complex issues, and coordinate with FAA and internal teams to ensure mission-critical NAS services remain available and secure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• CCNA certification required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary L3Harris/FTI Liaison for operational and integration activities related to FTI and FENS services.
• Provide Tier 2 on-site support for NEMC operational issues, including outages, impairments, and service degradations.
• Troubleshot operational services, infrastructure, and customer server connections across OSI Layers 1 through 7.
• Design and generate reports using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Interface with FTI NOCC Support, Network Engineering Support, Field Service Team, and Security Support teams.
