Job summary

XPECT Solutions, LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Network Configuration/Performance Analyst to support our Federal government clients' critical mission. You will provide senior engineering oversight for complex network infrastructure, including multi-enclave environments and security controls.

The successful candidate will lead monitoring and analysis of enterprise networks, guide junior staff, ensure compliance with government standards, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 100% onsite at the customer facility.
• 7+ years designing, developing, and implementing network solutions.
• Experience with cryptographic devices and security tooling.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience providing senior-level engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior SME for monitoring and analyzing enterprise networks.
• Provide expert guidance and support to Government and project teams.
• Review work for government standards and provide feedback.
• Stay current with network trends and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions.
• Use monitoring platforms to analyze network performance data.
