Job summary

Insight Global in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Network Analyst to support a complex federal government network environment. The role requires 100% on-site work at the customer facility and an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

You will monitor and analyze enterprise networks, provide guidance to government and project leads, and implement network updates in line with engineering directives. Strong scripting skills for automation are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience specializing in networking with Cisco switches/routers.
• Working knowledge of web applications, web servers, load balancers and storage systems.
• Good knowledge of network and security tools and methodologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, ACLs).
• Scripting experience (Python/Go/Perl/Bash) to support network automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze enterprise networks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Government, Project Lead, and other Network Analysts.
• Maintain awareness of trends and best practices in networks and IT for improvements.
• Deliver high-quality, professional customer service in all interactions.
• Use the Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to analyze network performance data.
