Job summary

XPECT Solutions, LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks a Network Configuration/Performance Analyst to support a federal Government client. You will engage with network compliance and monitoring, updating configurations and software per engineering directives.

The role requires active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and 100% onsite work. You will monitor enterprise networks, analyze performance, and provide guidance to project teams, while leveraging monitoring platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years' IT experience in networking.
• Experience with Cisco switches/routers and complex networks.
• Strong understanding of network security and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze enterprise networks.
• Provide technical guidance to Government, Project Lead, and other Network Analysts.
• Maintain awareness of trends and best practices in networks and security; propose improvements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions.
• Utilize Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform for data and documentation on network performance.
