Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation seeks an IT Manager for Network Operations to oversee LAN, WAN, data center networking, wireless, and internet connectivity. You will ensure performance, availability, reliability, and SLA attainment while coordinating with NOC, Engineering, Architecture, Service Management, and cybersecurity teams.

The role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, on-call coverage, runbooks, incident escalation, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in Information Technology with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Determine strategic direction of enterprise networking in line with OhioHealth goals.
Review client requests and coordinate requirements for new projects and software/hardware changes.
Set capacity, performance, availability, and recoverability for projects and departments.
Coordinate and evaluate work of technical staff and prepare performance reviews.
Establish infrastructure policies, procedures, and service offerings.
Review and improve capacity, availability, change, and configuration management processes.
