Job summary

OUC - The Reliable One in Orlando seeks a Senior Network Engineer - Operational Technology to secure and optimize its mission-critical OT network. You will design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot the corporate network, including LAN/WAN/WLAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers, ensuring high availability for utility services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years IT network experience with at least 3 years MPLS, and CCNA/CCNP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related discipline; equivalency may apply.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive IT network experience.
• At least three (3) years managing networks (MPLS preferred); troubleshooting wired/wireless networks, configuring switches/routers/firewalls/load balancers; coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage the corporate networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
• Test changes in the Lab before promoting to production; patching and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance and integrity of devices using monitoring tools and SIEM.
• Lead network projects and coordinate with stakeholders; mentor mid-level staff.
