MicroTech is currently seeking a Network Program Manager to support the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon award and offers the opportunity to be part of a cohesive and dynamic team providing mission critical support.
The Network Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the successful delivery of task order requirements throughout the period of performance, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The PM serves as the Contractor’s Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex and inter‑related project tasks. They manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations, maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels, meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensure quality management, conformance with program task schedules and costs, and establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers.
