Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience in health plan or managed care setting.
• Experience with large datasets and MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• SQL or Python experience preferred and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on planned large-scale network terms and related project meetings across LOBs.
• Collaborate with business owners to set priorities and drive sprint planning.
• Provide analytical support through data interpretation for cross-functional operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate multiple projects with internal/external resources.
• Develop, prepare, and analyze complex reports for management review and presentation.
