Job summary

Information Technology Senior Management Forum is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer specializing in network observability and packet-broker platforms. You will design, engineer, and operate infrastructure that collects network traffic from observation points and delivers data to security, operations, performance, and monitoring teams.

The ideal candidate has senior-level experience with SPAN, TAP, aggregation, filtering, replication, and load balancing using Gigamon and Arista DMF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies across cloud, network, database, storage and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, manages, and implements enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Develops automation, monitoring, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manages large infrastructure projects aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance.
• Ensures compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance.
• Reviews infrastructure designs and procedures to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Provides technical guidance to infrastructure teams and lower-level professionals.
• Demonstrates influence with stakeholders to support business objectives and technical goals.
