Job summary

MFS is seeking a Network Senior Manager in Boston to lead a team of engineers responsible for the reliability, security, and evolution of enterprise network services. You will balance hands-on technical depth with strategic roadmaps and governance, partnering with security and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires 8-12+ years of IT experience, strong expertise in enterprise networking, security controls, and cloud/network automation in a hybrid, 24/7

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Extensive experience in LAN/WAN and data center networking.
• Experience with Cisco routers/switches and network management platforms.
• Familiarity with security controls and 24/7 operations.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for network health and incident handling.
• Lead and grow a high-performing network engineering team.
• Oversee lifecycle management of network solutions aligned with security and resilience.
• Develop and execute a network services roadmap with modernization and automation.
• Drive capacity planning, performance tuning, and observability improvements.
• Collaborate with security and audit teams to address findings and strengthen controls.
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to IT and leadership.
• Lead major initiatives and ensure timely decision-making during outages.
