Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment in Orange County seeks a Senior Manager, Network & Infrastructure to lead the people, services, operating model, budgets, and vendor performance for network and infrastructure across Honda Center, OCVIBE, and affiliated environments.

The role translates business and event requirements into workforce plans, service priorities, lifecycle programs, and measurable results. Collaboration with information security, venue operations, AV, and facilities is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure, scalable network architectures for complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive results.
• Strong collaboration with security, IT operations, AV, facilities and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design secure scalable architectures for LAN, WAN, data centers, Wi‑Fi, and cloud platforms.
• Develop workforce plans based on service demand and event calendars.
• Define goals, assign work, review results, and coach staff per policy.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, succession planning and employee development.
• Allocate resources, resolve conflicts, and escalate capacity gaps as needed.
• Maintain on-call coverage, documentation, and uptime for critical services.
• Own accountability for network/infrastructure services, performance, and security coordination.
• Lead incident response, runbooks, and post-incident reviews.
