Job summary

FastTek Global in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the CNA Network Operations Team. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our global network infrastructure across data centers, offices, and cloud environments.

The role requires 5+ years in change/incident management within a NOC, strong Cisco routing/switching knowledge, and experience with API-driven tools and automation. A college degree and industry certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of change and incident management in a NOC environment.
Deep understanding of infrastructure architecture (network, storage, hosting) and Cisco routing/switching.
Proven track record in global IT delivery, project management, and team leadership.
Excellent analytical problem solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 incident, change, and configuration management to restore services and maintain network performance.
Offer on-call and escalation level support for manufacturing networks, data centers, and global sites.
Collaborate with engineering, planning, client, manufacturing IT, and site IT teams on upgrades and integrations.
Document activities in the ticketing system; track NOC metrics and create knowledge articles.
