Job summary

InTegriLogic Corp, based in Tucson, AZ, seeks an experienced Network Infrastructure Support Specialist to manage Windows workstations, servers, AD, DHCP/DNS, and network devices. The role focuses on secure, scalable enterprise environments with a patient care IT footprint.

You will lead automations with PowerShell, maintain base images, and collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality service and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Windows-based desktops and servers.
• Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• DHCP and DNS configuration experience.
• PowerShell scripting for bulk changes and automation.
• Experience configuring networking equipment (routers, firewalls, switches).
• A+ certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients.
• Network printer troubleshooting and configuration.
• Configure Windows-based computers from a systems administrator perspective, including image management and AD tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking hardware and software issues.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation and mass configuration changes.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the ticketing system with time spent.
• Serve as primary contact for 3rd party vendors and maintain customer satisfaction.
