Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas seeks a Network & Infrastructure Administrator to support enterprise networks, servers, and cloud services across North America. You will work with local and global IT teams to keep critical systems secure, reliable, and ISO 27001 compliant.

This hands-on role covers LAN/WAN, firewalls, identity management, backup, and disaster recovery, with occasional site travel. You will modernize infrastructure and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise network and server infrastructure.
• Experience supporting multi-site IT environments.
• Experience with cybersecurity controls and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless, and firewalls.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and IAM management.
• Endpoint protection, vulnerability management, MFA, monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience with backup and recovery technologies.

Responsibilities

• Adminsiter and support enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and remote-access.
• Manage firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network access controls.
• Monitor performance, capacity, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, GPO, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Patch, upgrade, and lifecycle management of servers and apps.
• Support Intune, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and ISO 27001 alignment.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network and security issues.
• Participate in upgrades, relocations, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with backup/recovery testing and DR planning.
