Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas is seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Administrator to manage and secure enterprise networks, servers, and cloud services across North America. You will work with ISO 27001 standards and support Microsoft 365, VMware, and backup solutions while driving modernization and reliability.

This role requires strong networking and security skills, cross-site collaboration, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise network and server infrastructure.
• Experience supporting multi-site IT environments.
• Experience with cybersecurity controls and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments across multiple locations.
• Manage firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and network access controls.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and disaster recovery planning.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Perform patching, upgrades, maintenance, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Administer identity and access management, MFA, Conditional Access, and cloud security configurations.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls in support of ISO 27001 and corporate security requirements.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for complex network, server, cloud, and security issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for major infrastructure incidents.
