Job summary

Instrata is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee installations, guide technicians, and ensure project excellence across voice, data, fiber, and structured cabling. You will lead both hands‑on work and onsite leadership—installing and testing cables, training field teams, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating with clients.

2–5 years of hands‑on telecom cabling, TCP/IP networks, CCTV and access control experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience installing telecom cabling, TCP/IP networks, CCTV, wireless and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Installation: install, terminate, label, and test structured cabling and fiber.
• Train and mentor technicians on safety and quality standards.
• Ensure work aligns with the Scope of Work (SoW), on time and efficiently.
• Enforce safety policies and compliance across sites.
• Manage deliverables including schedule, budget, and documentation.
• Communicate updates and issues with clients and teams.
• Adapt to scope changes and support RFC/FCO processes.
• Support field performance and provide feedback to project leaders.
