Job summary

Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a Network Enterprise Administrator within Integration Services. This senior role manages the design, deployment, and security of the department's Active Directory forest, DNS, PKI operations, and policy framework across the state.

The incumbent will oversee domain controllers, replication health, licensing activation services, and certificate lifecycle, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure reliability and security of critical

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in computer systems analysis or distributed computer systems.
• Post-secondary education can be substituted year-for-year for the required experience.
• On-call 24-hour duty when necessary.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation, management, maintenance and documentation of the Department's Active Directory Forest infrastructure.
• Perform schema updates, monitor replication health, DNS health, and coordinate updates to KMS/ADBA.
• Coordinate Microsoft health checks and manage domain controllers statewide.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain group policies and forest documentation; advise management on security.
• Administer PKI lifecycle including issuance, renewal and revocation of certificates.
• Monitor system performance and capacity; troubleshoot with vendors and staff.
• Develop action plans for equipment distribution per SOP and maintain procedures.
