Job summary

Dickey’s is seeking a Network Administrator to support IT infrastructure, manage network hardware, and maintain PCs across sites. You will work on VPNs, firewalls, and AD-related tasks while helping keep systems secure and up-to-date.

The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365 services, plus willingness to travel locally to support multiple locations. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with AD and Azure AD for user/group management and policies.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS for network operations.
• Experience configuring Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Willingness to travel locally for support activities.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain network hardware (servers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Monitor virtual machines for performance and health.
• Maintain corporate PCs, including remote systems and support.
• Respond to security alerts and perform routine maintenance.
• Administer user accounts across AD, Azure AD/Entra, VOIP, ticketing system, and password managers.
• Contribute to documentation of network infrastructure and systems.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and backups.
• Monitor email security tools and enforce security policies.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Travel between sites to perform maintenance and support.
